I teach restorative Hatha Yoga classes for people of all backgrounds and experiences. Yoga is about feeling good and attaining good alignment so your body can function correctly and you can live with ease - you don't have to be the most flexible person in the room!
Self love is a powerful thing. It is better to help yourself first and then you are free to help others (as the air hostess said...!)
