Based near Devizes, Wiltshire, I mainly teach classes in Great Cheverell but I also travel to teach in North Wiltshire & South Gloucestershire. See below for classes I offer and also get in touch if you want to arrange

something that is tailor-made to you. 
I have a fun and relaxed instructing style that embodies physical, spiritual, and mental strength.

Once you have booked you will receive a booking confirmation with attendance information. I am asking all clients to bring their own mats/pillows/blankets. Yoga blocks and straps will still be available from me and will be sanitised between each class.

ONLINE CLASSES

I am also offering an online monthly membership for £5 per month. This will give you access to 140 recorded 30-minute classes. Click HERE to purchase an online membership.

Here you will have access to the live videos but they will also remain on this page so you can view them again/at a later date or time when it is convenient for you. BEGINNERS WORKSHOP

Sunday 24th April 2022, 2-4pm

Have you wanted to try a yoga class but perhaps been put off because you are unsure of what you are going to be doing? Or perhaps you have done yoga at some stage before but would like to refresh your memory on what it’s all about? 

This workshop is for you!

We will work through the yoga basics, giving you a chance to ask questions & get comfortable with being in (or back in) a yoga class setting whilst boosting your confidence.

RAW CHOCOLATE & WINE WORKSHOP

Friday 29th April 2022, 7:30-9pm

Are you a chocaholic?? Want to learn how to make your own raw chocolate treats, flavoured with your favourite essential oil? If so, this is the workshop for you! 

You will make your own batch of raw cacao treats. There will be lots of essential oils for you to choose from and I'll be on hand to answer any questions you might have. 

While your chocolates are setting in the freezer, you can sip on a glass of vino and chat anything oils or yoga with me. 

Plus your delicious chocolates to take away!

ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP

Does your Downward Dog need some attention? Not sure where you need to be to get the best benefit of your Pigeon pose? Then this is the workshop for you. 

I will be on hand to help you into YOUR best alignment in a selection of poses, so you can be confident you are getting the best out of your yoga practice.

MENOPAUSE MIND & BODY

Saturday 18th June 2022, 12-2pm

Join Clare from JUST.BREATHE.YOGA and Kim from Women’s Time Counselling for the first in a series of workshops diving deeper into the topic of menopause. 

There will be yoga, a light lunch (including cake!) and a chance to share and learn with other like-minded women.

As our lives get busier and our sleep hours often get shorter, these workshops will give you useful tools to help achieve mindfulness in everyday life, bringing body and mind together. The sleep workshop will teach you how to calm the mind and the body, preparing it for a restful nights sleep.

Do you often find that you never have the time to make it to a yoga class? Well, how about scheduling a session time to suit you at my studio OR, let me come to YOU instead! I can offer tailor-made yoga sessions or sleep or mindfulness workshops for you and up to 3 people. Just let me know if you have any areas you particularly want to work on (this could be anything to cores strength, to flexibility, to finding inner calm) and I will create a class which especially meets your needs.

YOGA FOR LARGER PRIVATE GROUPS

I can come to your venue or house and can provide yoga mats, blocks & any other props you might need. Why not take some time out from all the partying to celebrate your special occasion and fit in some relaxation time with a cheeky yoga session? I can tailor your class especially to you & your group so just let me know what you're after - anything from a relaxing detox yoga session to some little yoga challenges for the hen, stag or birthday person etc. All abilities can be catered for!
